  1. Mix sour cream with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Set aside as lime crema.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beans, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Cook for 5–7 minutes, gently mashing some of the beans for texture. Season with salt.

  3. Warm tortillas directly over a gas flame for 20 seconds per side, or in a dry pan.

  4. Assemble tacos: spoon beans onto each tortilla, then top with cabbage, avocado, salsa, lime crema, and cilantro.

  5. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
